Affordable, Safe Shipping and Handling
We have worked hard to offer the lowest rates for everyone across the country. Prices reflect shipping cost as well as a small handling charge for packaging. Orders are shipped out generally in 2-4 business days and sent ground with insurance unless special requests are made. We often ship with USPS Priority 3-day or Ground Shipping.
Special Care With Each Package:
Our shipping coordinator ensures each order is safely packaged for shipping. We have years of experience packaging fragile ceramics, glass, paintings, and other unique items and we will do everything we can to ensure your purchase makes it to you safely.
In the event of damage occurring with a shipment, we will contact the shipping provider to find a solution. We can replace damaged items for which we have replacements. For one-of-a-kind pieces, we will do our best to honor the purchase and collect insurance from the shipping provider or facilitate a resolution between the shipping provider and yourself as necessary.
Insurance
Insurance is automatically included for all shipped items, however for original artwork, additional insurance is automatically factored into the shipping rates.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us to arrange for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not be reimbursed on returned items. All returned items must be in original condition for a full refund. Items must be returned within three weeks of receiving the shipment. In-store credit can be arranged, with additional shipping charges for the new item.
If you are near Missoula, our store policy is to accept all return items if they are in new condition and you still have a receipt. There is a 3 week return window for returns. Please contact us at the e-mail address below with any issues.
