We have worked hard to offer the lowest rates for everyone across the country. Prices reflect shipping cost as well as a small handling charge for packaging. Orders are shipped out generally in 1-2 business days and sent ground with insurance unless special requests are made
Special Care With Each Package:
Our members are professionals when it comes to making sure original artwork is safe to travel. We have years of experience packaging fragile ceramics, glass, paintings, and other unique items, and we will do everything we can to ensure your piece of art makes it to you safely.
We are also currently taking additional care to disinfect any items we are shipping before packaging, due to the current situation.
If undue damage occurs in shipment, we will do our best to find an honorable solution, whether that be reimbursement for your purchase or help finding a similar item if your's is damaged.
Shipment of Higher Priced Items
If the store is shipping a "one of a kind" original of a higher dollar amount, shipping prices reflect us also insuring the artwork for it's value through travel. We want to make sure you get your original artwork as safely as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your special order, we are happy to reimburse you when you return your item to the store in new condition. Shipping costs on returns to The Artists Shop will not be reimbursed. All returned items have to be in original /new condition for a refund. Items must be returned in three weeks after the date the shipment was received for a refund. Trade's can also be arranged, with the addition of a new shipping charge.
If you are local, our store policy is to accept all return items if they are in new condition and you still have a receipt. There is a 3 week return grace period on these items. We are here to help if there are any issues. We want to provide you with the best service possible.
