Refund Policy/Terms of Service
If you are not satisfied with your special order, we are happy to reimburse you when you return your item to the store in new condition. Shipping costs on returns to The Artists Shop will not be reimbursed. All returned items have to be in original /new condition for a refund. Items must be returned in three weeks after the date the shipment was received for a refund. Trade's can also be arranged, with the addition of a new shipping charge.
If you are local, our store policy is to accept all return items if they are in new condition and you still have a receipt. There is a 3 week return grace period on these items. We are here to help if there are any issues. We want to provide you with the best service possible.
