I am an artist and a long time Montanan. All shirts and cards from Konya Designs feature my artwork. In the summer I like to spend time in the wildflower “gardens” of Montana’s mountains and Yellowstone’s high country, field sketching and taking reference photos. These inspire my designs.

My shirts and cards are the canvases from my art. 

 

My work is very colorful, but all my pieces begin with drawings.  Color is added in the printing process.  I start with complex line drawings, and then simplify them. I have a forestry education, and I try to respect my plants and animals by making them both biologically correct and beautiful.  I use 100% cotton and recycled papers.  My shirts are appropriate for all ages and body types.
